Selecta is a selective Beta blocker indicated as a treatment for high blood pressure. It can be used alone or in combination with other anti-hypertensive agents. It is also indicated for coronary heart diseases like angina and ischemic heart diseases. It is also used after Myocardial Infarction and in certain arrhythmias.
