Composition
• Esomeprazole 40 mg
How To Use
• Take one capsule of Nexium 40 mg daily, unless your doctor instructs otherwise.
• Take the capsule at the same time every day, either before or after eating.
• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the capsule.
• Talk to your doctor before taking Nexium 40 mg if you have any allergies or medical conditions, including liver or kidney problems.
• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember.
• If it is near the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.
• Do not take a double dose to make up for any missed ones.

• Prevention of NSAID associated gastric ulcer in patients at risk who require continuous NSAID treatment
• Treatment of Zollinger Ellison Syndrome and other pathological hypersecretory conditions.

• Diarrhea
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Abdominal pain
• Constipation
• Flatulence

Warnings:
