- Recugel is a viscous solution with Dexpanthenol to improve the lubrication of the ocular surface and to protect the healthy eye.
- Recugel has a refreshing and soothing effect on the eyes. It improves the moistening of the ocular surface in the presence of dry eye sensation, burning or tiredness of the eyes, caused, for instance, by watching television for a long time or extensive VDU work, air from heating systems, or air-conditioning.
- Recugel contains the substance dexpanthenol for the protection of healthy eyes.
- Dexpanthenol belongs to the Vitamin B group.
Caution & Warnings:
- Make sure that the tip of the tube does not touch your eye or your fingers to prevent any possible contamination.
- Wait approximately 15 min. Before using another eye product or before replacing contact lenses.
- Contact lenses should be removed before using Recugel and may not be reinserted until at least 15 minutes later.
- May cause transient blurring of vision and thus influence the capacity of reaction when driving vehicles or operating machinery.
- Store the medical device in a temperature range of +1 °C to 25 °C.
- Discard the medical device after 1.5 months once opened.
How to use:
- Hold the tube in a vertical position above your eye and gently pull down your lower eyelid.
- Instill one drop into each eye 3 to 4 times daily.
Each 1 g contains 50 mg of Dexpanthenol as well as carbomer, disodium edetate, sodium hydroxide, water, and cetrimide as a preservative agent.
